1. Who we are
PIG³ ("we," "us," "the platform") is an organizational health assessment and improvement platform operated by the Polingov Institute, available at pigframework.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PIG³, you agree to these Terms. If you are using PIG³ on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. What PIG³ provides
PIG³ offers a structured organizational assessment (the "PIG³ framework"), AI-assisted coaching, generated reports, and related tools to help organizations identify and address structural weaknesses. Scores and assessments are based on self-reported answers and, where applicable, uploaded documents — they are directional diagnostic indicators, not audited or certified findings.
4. Not professional advice
PIG³'s AI Coach, generated reports, and recommendations are provided for informational and organizational-development purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, HR, or other licensed professional advice. Decisions made based on PIG³ output remain your organization's sole responsibility. For Enterprise engagements involving human consultants, separate terms may apply.
5. Accounts and plans
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. PIG³ offers Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans with different feature limits. Paid plan upgrades are currently arranged manually (via WhatsApp, Viber, or direct contact) and activated by us once payment is confirmed outside the platform. We do not collect or store payment card details through pigframework.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the platform to harm others; attempt to access other organizations' data; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or use the AI Coach to generate content unrelated to legitimate organizational assessment purposes.
7. Your content and our content
You retain ownership of the information you submit (assessment answers, documents you upload, AI Coach conversations) and the reports generated from it. The underlying PIG³ methodology, framework, scoring logic, and platform software remain the property of the Polingov Institute and are licensed to you for use through the platform only, not transferred to you.
8. Plan limits and fair use
Each plan has limits on assessments, AI Coach messages, team members, and document uploads, as described on our pricing page. We may adjust these limits with notice. Exceeding fair-use expectations for your plan may result in throttling or a request to upgrade.
9. Termination
You may stop using PIG³ and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay for a paid plan after reasonable notice.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
PIG³ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will produce any specific organizational outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Polingov Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
